Luna began life on the sunny island of Gran Canaria. With bright eyes, busy paws and a heart full of mischief, she found her family and filled their days with friendship, adventure and unconditional love.
Her journey eventually carried her to England, where green fields, muddy walks, Christmas presents and little yellow balls brought a whole new collection of adventures.
Based on Luna’s true story, Luna’s Lovely Life celebrates rescue, companionship and the countless ordinary moments that make an animal unforgettable. As Luna grows older, the story offers a tender and reassuring way for children and families to talk about saying goodbye—and to remember that love does not end when a beloved pet leaves our sight.
Written and designed by John Tosh, the book was created both as a loving record of Luna’s life and as a gentle companion for anyone learning to live with the loss of a special animal.
